Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your
order, and we’ll make it right.
To request a return, email us at orders@cairostoneandbrass.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue
Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Please note that we do not accept returns on:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your email claim, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within
5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
